Send your worked hours to Stundenzettel@lns01.aei.mpg.de.

Subject: "worked"

Insert the entrys to the mailbody.
Format:
ISO-Date,Starttime,Endtime,Description ...
yyyy-mm-dd,hh:mm,hh:mm,[...]

One Entry per line, next entry to new line. Example:

 2007-12-04,12:30,14:00,something
 2007-12-07,14:00,15:30,Meeting
 ...

At the end of the month, A script generates your "Stundenzettel" and sends it to Henning&Carsten.
A weekly Status-update to your eMail-address is coming soon.

internals

The cron Job runs every hour at :25 and :55.
At 23:55 of the last day of a month the Stundenzettel is mailed to Carsten&Henning.
