Installing Cisco VPN Client in Suse

If you want to connect with your suse to an VPN network, it's very simple.

Now we install an VPN Client and make a connecton to our VPN Gateway, in this way you can connect from home to our net..!!!!

First Step: installing vpnc

The simple way to install software in Suse is YAST. So starting your YAST Typein in the Search Field "vpnc" Select folowing packages:
 vpnc
 kvpnc

Preparing Connection

Now start the vpnc
 Computer -> Weitere Andwendungen -> System -> Kvpnc

Now you see the vpnc Interface. To make Preparation as easy as possible we need the pcf file - where are all settings stored..!!! Obtain the
 VPN AEI-Hannover.pcf 
File from our Fileserver, you should find it under:
 /software/Programme/CiscoVPN

Now install it in the vpcn interface, click the icon with the PCF symbol (PCF Datei importieren) Well now are the whole settings stored..!!!

Select under Profile the right one, it must called
 VPN_AEI-Hannover 
and click
 verbinden. 

Type in your Login, Group Password("test") and your own password.

If all goes fine, you will get a VPN connection to our net.
