our wish list of requirements for the new facility manager(s)

She/he should be able to

generic needs

• support maintenance work
  • water supply or power
  • open doors + access management for the companies
  • smoke detectors
• work with a ticket system (open for all internal users to see)
• access management ( transponder )
• joining the Baubesprechung (rarely) wish
• help with (large) meetings related works (rarely)
• rearrange rooms and moving furniture
• English skills required
• communication skills

special needs

• sign some VOB related issues (cooling, UPS) wish
• know our cooling and electrical facility (basic knowledge in these areas needed) wish

for the beginning

• get a list of relevant companies and contacts at the LUH and SBH (with Klaus Haupt, if available)
